Bryan Whitnack, founder of B2 Transmission, has over 30 years’ international experience in mergers & acquisitions, fundraising and corporate strategy. Bilingual in French and English, he draws on a distinguished background, including degrees from HEC Paris and Harvard Business School Online, which attest to his solid financial expertise.

Bryan was successively auditor, CFO of an international fund management group and M&A advisor. His know-how in financial analysis, negotiation and management of complex projects enables him to support companies in their growth and transfer.

As an accredited consultant, he implements tailor-made solutions to optimize the structuring, taxation and operational performance of each project. Thanks to his knowledge of international markets, he identifies and exploits business opportunities, ensuring optimal positioning for his clients.

Sébastien Wéry, consultant at B2 Transmission, holds a Master’s degree in management engineering and a Master’s degree in international management. He has a solid academic background in quantitative finance, corporate strategy and business law, as well as the essential skills to effectively support M&A transactions.

Bilingual in French and English, Sébastien enriched his expertise through internships in corporate strategy, first with a multinational consulting firm in Vienna, then with a major construction company in Bordeaux.

His analytical approach, rigor and motivation make Sébastien Wéry a key asset in structuring and optimizing your acquisition, disposal or financing projects.
